This hotel suits me perfectly! The amenities like the outdoor heated swimming pool, bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception make my stays so enjoyable. I still remember the staff helping me find my lost ring the first time I visited. I highly recommend getting breakfast served by the friendly staff, like Faruk and Jasmine!

Rooms were fantastic, pool was great and reception and Mary-Jane at pool were great.
The mini-bar / stocking and checking of cupboards was not good. I used the wine glasses on the first night. The were taken away in the morning and not replaced. Similarly I ate something from the mini-bar and expected it to be re-stocked the next day, but it wasn't restocked for two days.

Very spacious beautifully furnished rooms. I was really happy I chose this hotel as I had never heard of it and wasn't sure what to expect. A great staff and a very quiet location in the heart of it all!

What you'll love and what you won't
The location is fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful!
Lack of housekeeping services was disappointing, and parking fees are quite high, which adds to the overall cost.

Fantastic standard in ideal location for all sites we wanted to visit. Option to pay extra to check inearly which was great due to our early flight.

Hotel is well located close to Sunset but in quiet area, rooms are very good size, comfortable and clean.
Only bad remark is air conditioning - is like in some highway motel old and noisy. We stayed 5 nights and you get used to it.

Location is good if you are looking for nightlife or shopping, room is big and stuff are helpful.
Breakfast and parking are expensive (30-40$ each per night), far away from Disneyland and from beaches.

great stay but minor room issues
The check-in process was impressively quick. We enjoyed the rooftop pool with a cozy atmosphere for relaxation.
The room had some minor maintenance issues that could have been addressed before our arrival.

Loved the design/decor of this hotel - Kelly Werstler is one of my favorite designers. Also loved the rooftop pool, the down-to-earth friendly staff (not snooty!). Loved our 80s Retro room! The parking garage is one of the most glamorous I've ever seen! Nice restaurant and patio dining. The management was very easy to work with as we were doing a photo shoot at the hotel.
There seems to be a current trend of hiding the mini fridge in the hotel rooms. Hotels need to offer some guidance on how to find everything in the room. There needed to be more room allowed for the shower/toilet area.

clean place with good view of the hills. yummy food choice at the american breakfast. stunning design of interiors in deluxe suite. pleasant location, great area, so close to the chamberlain west hollywood, the two big boulevards of weho, and the sunset strip and melrose ave. again, 15 minutes walk from sunset boulevard.

The rooftop pool and cozy sun terrace were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. One small thing was that parking felt pricey, but that didn't take away from our great experience 😊
